Welcome to the Nashwaak Music Festival website. By accessing or using our website, purchasing tickets, or attending our event, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Nashwaak Music Festival. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Ticketing and Refunds

All ticket sales are processed through our authorized partner, Eventbrite. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to Eventbrite's Terms of Service in addition to our own.

• All Sales are Final: Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of a full cancellation of the festival where a rescheduled date is not offered.
• Lineup Changes: The festival lineup and schedule are subject to change without notice. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
• Transferability: You may transfer your ticket to another person via the Eventbrite platform, subject to their policies.

3. Festival Rules and Conduct

Your ticket is a revocable license. We reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person violating festival rules, local laws, or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by festival management. Ejection cancels this ticket and all claims to a refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the Nashwaak Music Festival or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Nashwaak Music Festival, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the website, or your attendance at the festival. You assume all risks incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the event.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of the website following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
