At Nashwaak Music Fest, we want everyone to have a safe, fun, and memorable experience. All attendees are expected to act responsibly and respectfully toward fellow guests, performers, vendors, staff, and volunteers.

Respect Others

  • Fighting, throwing objects, harassment, or any behavior that negatively impacts the experience of others will not be tolerated.
  • Individuals engaging in disruptive or unsafe behavior may be removed from the festival grounds without refund, and their wristband will be revoked.

Safety First

  • Please act responsibly and safely at all times.
  • Security staff will promptly address situations involving intoxicated or impaired attendees to ensure the safety of all guests.
  • Attendees must not interfere with performers, performances, event operations, or festival activities.

Prohibited Items & Activities

  • No glass containers are permitted on festival grounds.
  • No open flames, including bonfires, tiki torches, fire pits, or similar items, are permitted.
  • Please dispose of cigarette butts and smoking materials in designated receptacles.
  • All-terrain vehicles (ATVs), side-by-sides, and similar recreational vehicles are not permitted on festival grounds and must remain in designated parking areas.

Vehicles & Parking

  • Vehicles on festival grounds must display a valid site parking pass or an approved accessible parking permit.
  • All other vehicles must be parked in the designated parking area located in the adjacent field.

Festival Property

  • Please respect all festival, vendor, and campground property.
  • Tampering with, damaging, or removing property belonging to the festival, vendors, or other attendees is prohibited.

Follow Staff Directions

  • Attendees must comply with all instructions from festival staff, security personnel, emergency responders, and volunteers regarding venue operations, safety, and emergency procedures.

Pet Policy

  • Dogs and other pets are not permitted on site. Large crowds, loud music, and busy festival environments can cause stress, anxiety, and unpredictable behavior, creating potential safety concerns for both animals and attendees.

Reporting Concerns

  • Help us maintain a safe and welcoming environment by reporting inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or emergencies to festival staff or security.

Enforcement

  • Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in removal from the festival grounds without warning or ticket refund.
