CAMPING INFORMATION – NMF 2026!

Arrival & Gates

Early Entry: Arrive Thursday, July 30th (8 AM – 8 PM) for$50 cash per RV or tent site, payable at the gate.

General Admission Camping: Opens Friday, July 31st (9 AM – 9PM).

Pro-Tip: Expect lineups both mornings! To skip the wait,plan to arrive in the afternoon once the rush has passed.

Important: Every campsite must complete a Camping Info Format the gate listing everyone staying on the site before parking passes can beissued.

Under 19 Policy

All campers under 19 must be accompanied by a parent orguardian to enter the festival field. If you are arriving separately, pleasemeet at the front gate to check in together.

**Camping Details**

Rough Camping: Included free with your weekend pass!

Trailers: Park in the center of the main field. Sites are23’ x 50’ (fits 1 camper + up to 2 vehicles).

Tents: Set up in the overflow field or along the back of themain field. 1 tent is allowed on a trailer site only if it fits entirely withinyour designated space.

Quiet Zone: Want a peaceful tenting area? Ask at the gatefor our quiet zone located near the bouncy castles!

Keep Roads Clear: All roadways must remain completelyunobstructed.

Early entry times are based on your specific sponsorshiplevel or volunteer role. Please check your assignment and follow yourdesignated arrival time!

**Quick Reminders**

·        No campfires permitted.

·        No glass allowed on the field.

·        Generators must be placed on non-flammablesurfaces.

·        Extra vehicles must be moved to general parking.

·        Leave road & campsite signs in place foremergency vehicle access.

·        Take note of your site number and road name.
